描述：Description
The FP6163 is a family CMOS low dropout, positive linear regulator with ultra low input voltage of approximately 1.3V. The FP6163 can supply output current of 400mA with low dropout voltage. Quiescent current of FP6163 is as low as 48μA and it works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, which makes it very suitable for space sensitive handheld applications. The output discharge function dissipates the residue output voltage in the capacitor during shut-down. In addition, its current limit protection and on-chip thermal shutdown function provide protection against any combination of over-load or ambient temperature that could cause junction temperature exceeding maximum rating. The FP6163 is available in space-saving SOT-23-5 and TDFN-6 (2mm×2mm) packages.
